PROCESS:

Step 1. Join the Email List
Due to time constraints, I only accept commissions on a limited basis. Join the email list to be the first to know when commissions are open. Commissions will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I work to fulfill your commission needs.

Step 2. Complete the Commission Request Form

Once commissions are open, complete the request form to begin the commission process. Hurry though-- the form won't stay open long!

Note: I reserve the right to approve or deny commission requests. 
 
Step 3. Send photo inspiration and details

Once you've completed the request form, I'll reach out to confirm that I can't wait to start your commission. I'll ask you a series of questions about the look and feel you'd like to achieve, where the painting will be displayed, and if there are any special traits or features you'd like to make sure are captured. I'll also ask for 1-5 photos of your subject matter. 

Step 4. Make first half deposit

Once we've discussed your commission, I'll request a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due once your painting is complete. Your commissioned piece will be shipped once I receive the full balance. 

Step 5. Review mockups and finished piece. 

Throughout the painting process I may share sketches or mockups to ensure the piece meets your expectations.  Once the piece is completed you'll have the opportunity to approve it.  If you don't 100% love it, I'll rework the piece or provide your deposit back. 

Step 6. Make second half deposit.

Once you've approved the final piece, I'll request the remaining balance. Once I receive the full balance, your commissioned piece will be packaged with love and sent on it's way to its new home. All commissioned pieces will be signed, matted, packaged in a plastic sleeve with cardboard backing, and shipped in a rigid envelope. 
 
Step 7. Enjoy your custom piece!

You now own a custom piece! A digital copy of your piece is available for an additional $10 if you'd like to make prints for friends and family.
